It is hard to find a company to repair hot tubs in our area. A few people I know recommended Southampton Hot Tubs and they did not disappoint! Our hot tub had been leaking for the last year. Dave initially came out and found a leak right away and... repaired. A few days later we noticed the hot tub was still leaking water. Dave came back out quickly and was able to find a secondary leak, diagnose the problem, and repair with no extra cost. Dave is very knowledgeable and we appreciated his honesty and professionalism! We were so happy with the service that we ended up ordering a new hot tub cover from them. Would definitely recommend!read more

This was the 4th place I called, but the only one who responded - immediately (thank you). We discussed our issue and scheduled the appointment. The repairer, Dave, called beforehand and arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. ... He examined our outdoor spa and discussed repairs with my husband. They agreed upon the repairs and price and Dave began working immediately. He tested the spa as much as he could without filling (have to wait 24 hours), but gave us the ok. I will absolutely call again if we ever need anything for our spa and we highly recommend this company. Finally! We have a jacuzzi built into our deck and it was so difficult to find someone when it wasn’t working. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment, Charged me 159.00 to tell me I needed a new power cord but also a pump! Estimated at 1000.00 !!! My husband had a great electrician come replace the power cord! 159.00 and time it took to replace 15 mins and bang !... Works perfect! Never was a pump problem but the technician that was sent out kept calling his boss while at our house! Funny right! Get a second estimate! And isn’t it funny they have a 5 star review!read more

I got their number from the place I bought the hot tub. Called and Pat helped me right away and set up an appointment in the new few days. Dave the service tech called me 45min prior to showing up and arrived on-time and earlier then I expected... which was great. Dave went over the tub and found out that I had a power surge that fried the control box. Guess what? He had a replacement on his truck. He popped it in and made some adjustments and it worked. He was in the area the next day and stopped by to adjust the settings since I had to fill the tub back up. These people are great and give great customer service. I saved Pat's number. They will be my goto place!read more

I was having alot of trouble finding someone who actually wanted to work on hot tubs and getting very frustrated. Luckily I found Southampton Hot Tub Services on a search one day and called them. Purchased a used used hot tub and called Southampton Hot Tub Service when the hot tub would not turn on. Pat was really helpful on the phone and after having a tech review my hot tub it was identified I needed new parts. What was unfortunate is... those parts took months to arrive due to supply chain issues. During that time, Pat kept in touch and kept me up to date.
